Resources for Low Vision and Blindness

We at RCAL believe that it is necessary to facilitate knowledge of and access to low vision and vision rehabilitation services through education, advocacy, and outreach.  We believe in enhancing employability, maximizing independence, and assisting in the development of the capacities and strengths of people who are legally blind, as everyone deserves a fair chance to succeed regardless of disability.
