Support RCAL in 2025 by becoming a sponsor and making a direct impact on our community. Your sponsorship ensures that we can continue hosting community activities—like our Disability Awareness Parade and BBQ + Open House—at no cost to the public, fostering inclusion and accessibility for all.

4th Annual Disability Awareness Parade!
For the third year in a row, RCAL will be partnering with Harambee to host a Disabilities Awareness Parade to prove to Kingston and the world that individuals with disabilities exist, live, and thrive within our community. We will once again be marching down Broadway in Kingston.
Barbecue + Open House
RCAL’s annual Community BBQ is free and open to all. Join us for delicious food, live music, and good company. Meet our staff, learn about the programs and services we provide, and connect with others in the community. It’s a fun-filled afternoon for everyone—don’t miss it!

Jim Garvey Resource Expo
The Jim Garvey Memorial Disability Resource Expo is a community event dedicated to connecting individuals with disabilities, their families, and caregivers with essential services, resources, and advocacy organizations. Hosted by the Resource Center for Accessible Living (RCAL), this expo brings together local businesses, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies that support independent living and accessibility.
